Not FREE Floating, PEGGED, DIFF Value In-Country, Part of the SDR

Of Interest as to the claims that ALL currencies FLOAT made by some alleged gurus! Will the IQD change value and have a series of PEGS instead of free floating - possibly. If they did that they would have FAR MORE CONTROL over the value of the IQD.

it lacks a uniform value – its value within China is almost always a bit different from its value to non-nationals – and it is not a free-floating currency; rather, it is pegged in somewhat murky fashion to a basket of other currencies.
