Appeals to the federal circuit almost NEVER succeed. The "clear error" standard the federal circuit judges blindly follow does not apply in this case as the judge who decided it is an MIT grad and used a well reasoned argument. They will rubber stamp the losing decision. Anywho our government is united against patent trolls like PTSC and will not let them succeed which would never happen anyway because of your proven untrustworthy "partner". The politicians appoint the judges and they are in the back pocket of the googles and big tech players of the day. NO WAY YOU CAN WIN. The only patents that get enforced are the ones they own.
