The reason I bought back in after the announcement was specifically because they are getting the financing together themselves which is what was slowing down the other projects. Dillution does suck, but its not that bad. If they continued doing private placements for another year they would add an additional 8 million max (including warrants), which is like 10% dilution. But if they can negotiate an upfront payment in the months ahead it might not even come to that. The other thing is that this facility might include a manufacturing plant. This is sort of the moment we have all been waiting for, potentially. That is - they are teeing up to license their tech to a start-up manufacturer. They just need to use the best of breed program rev to get their cells in the mid 20's through third parties like NREL. The question is, do people recognize the value ahead or not, and will that reflect in the share price. I think the short term price has merit to rise at this point but it depends how many people want in / know about Natcore besides us. Honestly if you want the share price to rise you should post around the internet about Natcore, just what the comany does/is, so more people invest. Its good for you and its good for them in the end.
