Wish I could be more optimistic about this update. The Vietnam deal sounds better than Belize but I wonder what we don't know. For example, in this interview CP seems to be saying this is a better scenario because it is unlike the Belize project where funding to complete the airport and the solar project are not yet secure. They didn't say that before. They always seem to leave something out and then the deal just quietly goes away. How many times has this happened with their various announcements? Anyway, I'm still holding my shares but you wonder how long they can keep this going without some revenue coming in the door?
