One does not have to read far in EAPH's PRs to find what I consider to be broken "promises" despite the disclaimers regarding "forward-looking statements." Whatever happened, for example, to that audit they were supposedly working on? In fact, one could say that NOT ONE of their schemes, including the pharmaceuticals, the marijuana venture, their "investment" in Amfil, their Mexican venture, etc. has ever come to fruition, even after all these years of talking about them ad nauseum, always in the future tense. If I had been unfortunate enough not to have seen these tactics employed before by countless other pump and dump dilution scams, I might have fallen for their lies, too, and be holding their stock, wishing I had never heard of EAPH or their pitch they use to snare naive "investors," otherwise known as victims or "bagholders", or in other (your) words, a "stooge."

A good bottom's hard to beat.
