I can read the financial statements and see the loans, and see that the money borrowed has been spent, and that the money borrowed was not spent on investment. I think the books of the company provide a more accurate description of the health of the company than you do, but other Tmmi followers may disagree.

What I can't see in the financials or anywhere else, is information about new financing and changes to stock structure. It has been said though that with DD I could find out more about this, thus our latest exchange. I take it in your roundabout way you are agreeing that there is no publicity available information of this kind at this time.
