Wow, the quarterly says it all..

No LED sales this qtr. 1 unit sold to a third party in the last 9 months even though the LED business has been around for years...

Andy borrows from the company and has the loan forgiven in lieu of salary. Nice :)

Our good doctor resigns although we have no idea when he actually resigned - this is no chit and quit comical. Thats what they have in the filing.

They sold more shares to private investors although they don't have any shares to give them - so there IOUs. LOL what nut is giving them money to pay salaries??


Today it is merely a shell that pays salaries imo..
