I guess we wait, as ordered by the judge, in the minutes
which have been disputed that they even exist....
She openly offered their new legal counsel 30 days....

Maybe things did change!!.

If it's a BK as it was suggested,
you would think that would of been filed, right????.
Anticipation is making US wait!!.

Hmmm Makes me wonder what could be going on,
with that mention of a loan extended through next year....

Maybe the next Q will tell us more,
then again we still have this jury trial schedule....
COURT ORDERED, if counsel wants to file a motion on OST,
it will be signed for either August 30 or September 1, 2016
