Here's something to ponder....Would the "new" fibertower list their stock with just the few, licenses currently in "their possession"? I agree that the licenses in limbo are clarly assets of the "old" fibertowers estate. Possibly laying the groundwork for a deal? Who knows? Interesting nevertheless.
