RDP, had questions about EPSC, didn't want to bring it up on that board. modest shareholder here, but I like what I see in terms of its merger potential and share structure. What are you expecting to hear from the company?

IMO, they may want to sell off all of their assets and then RM into a different company (hence the merger mentioned in their latest report).
