Why on earth would sunworks post a newsletter about the chinese patent "to be granted", if the patent itself so far did not have a single valid claim.

That is the question i just asked myself
just read the document by the sipo examiner. in december 2015 the patent was non grantable.

So is it that strange that i want to know from Sunworks what kind of actions Sunworks did since december 2015?

Sunworks itself is in full control of their own newsletters
they launch newsletters stating that the patent is intended to be granted in China, based on what kind of official documentations/ communications?

And i am a shareholder since march 2015 av share price 3.7 (euro)
I dont care if the patent is granted in august, september, oktober,... as long as the company proves they are to be trusted.
