Yes, it has been a long time.

I do not believe anything nefarious is going on...yet. I believe this to be true because the federal bankruptcy court is involved here regarding Montano's shares. If they have "rode off with all our money", they would be risking a federal criminal investigation.

However, this doesn't mean they couldn't work out a separate deal with the court and other creditors and settle the claim. Wallen then could sell the company for enough money to pay himself and his buddies back and leave all us little guys with the scraps.

Let's hope this isn't the case....
