Look at the last two financials

Common Shares Authorized: 500,000,000 (as of 12131115)
Common Shares outstanding 113'607,580 (as of |2131115)

Common Shares Authorized: 1 ,000,000,000 (as of 3/31 /16)
Common Shares outstanding: 494,607,580 (as of3/31116)

There was NO notice to shareholders that the Authorized was being doubled, nor that the OS was being increased 4x.

This of course accounted for all the trading - that went into the company's hands producing nothing for common holders

This doesn't even go into the other 'restricted' and class shares awarded and issued.

Wonder what happened between 04 and 07....how many more hundreds of mils....
