It is my hope that this issue escalates to a very large public stage! I would love to bring forward prior OOIL executives and employees with whom I have spoken to not only substantiate but to bring forth other facts that further bury the company. They are not going to lie and that scares Eckelberry.

OCLN would rather not bring this out into the open because there exists more than sufficient "real" testimony for the SEC to shut down this fiasco of a company. This company is a shareholder fleecing scheme and has been for years! Selling shares is the only way the company can make money - surely he does not want to jeopardize that!
