It's starting to heat up. I think part of it is that the San Francisco Reserve governor was talking about possibility of September rate increase, so market selling off so far mid-day.
Every day or every week some one like that comes out and suddenly spooks the market in one direction or anther.
I personally think a Sept rate hike is very unlikely
