You'd think that phone number would go to a physical address, you know, one of the many labs they have filled with scientists working so hard every day on the stupid Firefly for so many months/years...

The receptionist was probably the wife/daughter/son IMO

Ok, I called this phone number (925-474-2180) and I spoke with the receptionist who confirmed that this is Positive ID's phone and the company has multiple laboratories at the 1252 Quarry Lane, Pleasanton, CA address and they do work on the Firefly Dx there. If you do not believe me, call them yourself. The receptionist was very helpful.
