I know for a fact someone has spoken with Jeff Mak recently. The contact number on the SEC filing is working. The person who contacted him did not go into great detail but did say they are trying to grow the company..

Doing your own DD is your best option. Don't buy or do anything cause you read something I say I might do or have done.
