Yeah, we'll need to continue to be patient, but I agree about the filings. Simply having an OTC current stock at these prices and this market cap level is pretty rare in itself. $XCLL is like a pile of old dry oily rags, all we need is a little spark then it's party time. Would love to hear from the company about their acquisition plans they mentioned, otherwise an announcement from the Chinese government regarding lifting the online lotto ban would be equally (if not more so) potent of a catalyst.
