(e) On August 15, 2016, NGL Energy Holdings LLC (the "General Partner"), the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP (the "Partnership"), granted bonuses in the form of restricted common units (the "Restricted Units") to certain of the General Partner's named executive officers.
