To Mark:
What did the Securities and Exchange Commission mean when they said they would take no further action against MIKP (MIKP facebook dated December of 2015)

They also went on to say they don't want that to be taken that MIKP was exonerated?

Confusing to say the least.

well that's the SEC for you! this is the best letter for us right now-- this is what the market maker required to move forward on our 211 application --- they said- if you get a 'Termination' or 'no-action' letter (which is what securities attorneys refer to this letter as), they will have zero issue pushing through a 211 with FINRA. Quite frankly, I'm pissed that BMA never even mentioned such a thing. Regardless, I just need to get the audit caught up and we'll be good to go with a new application through a new market maker-- slow process, but I'm not giving up until it's done.
