Even if VDRM bought out DCRD, their previous ticker symbol, the SAME EXACT people are involved with the company. You can't say that they are a brand new company with new management and no R/S history when in actuality the previous management is running the show. There is more going on behind the scenes. Sure, you can trade it on chart patterns, but buying and holding to think it's gonna go to 30 cents or 5 dollars? In my opinion, that will not happen.
