Interesting stats from Examiner Ninja indicate that San Ming R. Hui is pretty stingy, in comparison to his unit and the USPTO as a whole,when it comes to issuing patents. ANI may have to go by way of appeal.

Hopefully Dentons can convince him that his argument to deem claims obvious in light of Rako was based on a misinterpretation of Rakos's work on his part.

Time will tell.
