The warrants are the bonus that go with the private placements, the options were given to the management and their friends. Both convert to hundreds of millions of TMM shares if they ever reached their target share prices and were converted. Not looking likely any more.

But you are right its unclear if the trial will go ahead or not. It sounds like its up to TMM.
