Originally, they were using the Insultex material to manufacture highly regarded outer wear, specifically Artic Armor jackets and pants.
A few years back they added a line of House Wrap based on their now internationally patented material
To keep it simple, if you are familiar with the giant of House Wrap, Dupont's Tyvek, the comparison between the two is completely black and white
Tyvek has no insulation factor, where Insultex has a voluminously tested insulation factor of at least R-6
Tyvek has little to no "breathability", where Insultex is excellent in this case
Insultex is a groundbreaking and potentially business changing material, which has been vetted by the ICC and found to be he real deal.
As far as we can tell, since none of us has any access to company information, the company appears to be close to landing major contracts with well-known entities to provide them with House Wrap for the home building industry; that is our hope anyway.
The share structure is tiny, only 25 million O/S. This is due to the valiant efforts of the CEO, Joe Riccelli, who has been heroic in keeping the share structure extremely stable over all these years - when I started following IVDN long ago, there were 18 million O/S; you do the math. Incredible.
Frankly, I think you have chosen the perfect time to begin following this stock.
All the lean years and problems are behind them, they have over $1 million in cash on hand, and millions of square feet of house wrap inventory in warehouse.
All that's left is for them to start booking big orders and we are off to the races
