I have no doubt that Cardinal Resources is and was a legitimate consulting firm with real clients, real projects, and real revenue.

As a publicly traded penny stock though......I suspect that much of what they are promoting is a mirage. And their continued association with John Owen and USAR/Vast Mountains is a very serious concern - a huge red flag. I cannot find any evidence of any environmental permitting for their Red Bird system at the Congress Mine....despite what KJ has repeatedly said. Another red flag. It makes you wonder about everything he says, especially since they have been a delinquent filer now for several quarters.
