No, it is long past that. NBRI is finished. Permanently. They are almost a year delinquent in their SEC filings (1 10-K and 2 10-Q's) and has largely disappeared.

"Working on financing"? LOL. NBRI was never a legitimate mineral exploration company. It was an insider enrichment scam from Day 1, and it succeeded in funneling large amounts of shareholder's cash into Leopold's pocket. But it has run its course and will be revoked by the SEC in due course.
