$CDNL BUY/HOLD/SELL/WATCH?
I think only you, yourself, can answer that question, but here a few things to remember and to consider before choosing:

First, to set the record straight, What Kevin actually said is:

Kevin Jones - CDNL
?@krjcardinal
@Mr_Lo24 we will be issuing a project update, but no press releases until we are current
6:44 PM - 14 Aug 2016

Personally I think everything is on hold until fins are current, so all Kevin can do is give us some updates on how things are progressing while we wait. I also think this audit is nearing an end, by end I mean this month.

The accum/dist chart(see at bottom of this page) shows the vast majority are holding their shares while we wait on audit getting finished. I think we have only a few selling due to this frustrating wait on the audit. The chart also shows a solid support at the $.008 pivot point. Now I really do want to add more, so I am rearranging my portfolio to have funds available to snatch up as many cheapies as I possibly can if it dips back to that support area.

I was asked last night why I am so excited about $CDNL & why I continue to add shares when fins are still delayed? The answer was an easy one, it is the combination of all these factors that have me absolutely convinced that $CDNL will come thru in flying colors:

(1) First & foremost is the EXPLOSIVE REVENUE GROWTH that most are missing

(2) New Partnership w/HSVW from China that ensures me CDNL will not crash

(3) Recent insider purchases of $30k by CEO @ $.015 & previous insider buys much higher

(4) Insider ownership - CEO owns around 30% of Outstanding shares

(5) A CEO working his tail off around the globe to get new contracts

(6) Along with all this DD, which 777 summarized so well here (THIS IS A MUST CLICK LINK FOR EVERYONE): investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=124225196

(7) Lastly, the gut feeling I have for CDNL is best I've had after trading in OTC market for 15+ years & my gut is right roughly 95% of the time

Although I may get a bit over excited and have some of my post considered as pumping, I am truly invested for the long term and I have no need to pump in order to sell short term, so please excuse my enthusiasm here. I post my buys as I make them, for everyone to see. I did sell 1/2 my shares @ $.0174 ave after the stock went from $.003 to $.02, but have since used those enormous profits to buy back in and own more than I originally owned before selling 1/2. If only I had felt this way when the stock was trading around $.003, I could have been sitting on a small fortune right now! Which is why I will not miss this 2nd opportunity, because I truly believe the share price will hit $.04 area in the short term, $.10 in the mid term, and $.50+ in the long term. Those amounts would need to be adjusted when a split does occur.

I think anyone who has done their DD, which 777 summarized so well in #6 above (that everyone should review), they would be buying and holding. Yes, some of the big players did sell their shares to play elsewhere right now, but I can tell you that they have their eye on this at all times with alerts in place to notify them just as soon as any update on fins is filed. However, the majority of the bigger players I know continue to hold and add whenever it dips down to or below 1 cent! I seriously can't think of a better risk vs reward play in all my 15 years of trading in the otc market. The CEO purchased all of his 30% insider buys at a much higher level and HSVW, thru the partnership deal to date have paid around $.10 per share. Even if we were to break it down after all the tranches have been paid, it still comes out to around $.02 per share, which is 100% higher than where the pps is now. I think if you see this actually dip down to that $.008 level, it won't be there long, as so many will add more and others hop back aboard.

You really need to pay attention to what is happening to stay up to date and dismiss these post with bad or false information. It's easy not to worry when you have enough factual information in front of you. I know everyone has heard this a million times and it is overused, "It's not a matter of "IF" but rather "WHEN" it will happen", but it really is just a matter of time imho!

Kevin is not holding anything back, just the opposite imho. He is just as frustrated over this as we are and has expressed that to me and others, numerous times. As he replied to me once regarding him holding the fins back, "What possible incentive would I have or what would I gain by delaying the audit or releasing the fins?". He's right there is none imho. HSVW didn't find anything alarming when doing their due diligence before signing on the dotted line and depositing $1.1 million dollars into CDNL's bank account as the first tranche of $7.5 million dollar partnership deal.

To see if you need to remain patient here w/CDNL, all you have to do is review the FACTUAL DD THAT IS SUPPORTED THRU A RELIABLE SOURCE THAT YOU TRUST! And for the love of god, ignore the trash talk that gets thrown out there with nothing to support what they say.

Enjoy the ride after this long wait, which is almost over imho - I remain LONG with 3.75 mil shares of $CDNL to date with a goal of getting 4 million shares before audit is finished and fins updated. We all know what BIG news is coming as soon as fins are filed and we know how it will affect this stock, this company, and its current shareholders in the short and long term - AN INKED DEAL WITH A GUARANTEED MONUMENTAL REVENUE INCREASE FOR YEARS TO COME.!

Cheers!
