PTSC&TPL do not know the judges ruling nobody does. They agreed to work together IF the ruling is positive. I have demonstrated that only about 5% of appeals succeed due to the "clear error" standard the appeals court judges use when deciding to overturn a district court decision. That decision is presumed to be correct. The judges ruling in PTSCs case was very logically reasoned. Only a badly reasoned argument would be over turned on appeal.
