Perhaps, I'm going to let this play out a little longer. They are still burning half a million dollars per quarter and will need to keep raising money. The contracts they are potentially going through with are "cost-plus" so the thing will need to be built for them to collect revenue. These things can take a while before the shovel is in the ground as well. I think this is good news overall though.
