I know, but it's not the same situation.

9 days later they filed the NT 10-K/A announcing a big delay. Obviously any 10-Q will then be delayed as well because they have to file them in the right order.

At the time they filed that document there was still a chance they could make it. So it wasn't necessarily boilerplate then.
