60% of the shares owned by Sadia Barrameda and New Compendium.
30% of the shares are owned by Sadia Barrameda and 30% owned by New Compendum Corp., which is owned by Sadia Barrameda, who formerly
ran a clothing boutique in and is married to a convicted penny stock fraudster, named Tzemach Ben David Netzer Korem (David Korem).

A few years ago, on this board, all this was discussed. Barremeda is a Philippine citizen who also happens to own large stakes in other marijuana penny stock companies.

Soooo... no, this doesn't look suspicious at all! How can the SEC miss this?
