After reviewing the filings at the SEC, I dont have many issues with companies executing private placements at the current and above prices. As the shares are only being sold at .31 and at .37, I dont have a large concern, especially in light of the recent news about the contract. They expect these to continue to flow into the company and if they can leverage any of their IP into the projects, the licensing revenue is limitless. Give the PPS action of the past along with the current technicals, believe this headed for a 20% move north...this is based on the recent fundamentals along with they are turning bullish in all the technical indicators.
