I think one of the reasons why the market hasn't put the pieces together is because the cancer journal samples haven't been PR'ed by OncoSec. And also they are samples. Once complete interim data set is formally released, we should see a good correction in the share price. Until then we have an opportunity to build the ideal share count for ourselves before big news hits at this heavily discounted price range.
