CVSI and MJNA had gone though a lawsuit

The sale of the RSHO and Cannabis Beauty products were the result of the earlier lawsuit. If there is another one over the payment of the $2M, I haven't seen it. My guess is that if the deal was written in such a way that CVSI would get the collateral on the loan, which was the CVSI stock MJNA received when it sold Phyotsphere to CVSI (then known as CannaVest), then that probably was MJNA's plan all along.

Regarding the pay and stock to executives, I've come to the conclusion that most of these pink sheet companies set themselves up in a way that the execs are the beneficiaries, whether or not the companies ever become profitable.

As long as they can continue to sell convertible notes, they can receive a big salary and percs.
