I have no idea... I actually know the person who contacted Daves-Martin on the 4th and let her know they have not filed any of their annual reports... and she contacted "Annual Reports Unit" so we will have to wait and see if this prompts them to do anything... IN NC.. I noticed on the business search for NC... it went from Active to Active On Notice.. now as well. So we just have to wait and see..

Doing your own DD is your best option. Don't buy or do anything cause you read something I say I might do or have done.
