He was never serving time. He got a slap on the wrist. Can't serve in a key role of a public company. Split still going through as planned. Seems like the other shah getting hammered. The one who he was working with to scam the investors. And your welcome. It's just too bad the government allows company's like this to continue to scam investors.

Even after he was caught in a huge investor scam. He is on the rotary club in the same town his business is in. I believe he became president of his chapter.

I guess they don't do any screening process!
