I have had several holdings over the years who did exactly that, report a quarter, then not report for a long time, then suddenly report again for a few quarters, then stop. As long as the numbers are still good, the stock would still get a good bounce if they report again IMO. Maybe not 005 but certainly way higher than 0007.
