The re trials have been commented as just technicalities. I could not agree more. I wonder can VHC ask for more in each individual case, as I am certain Apple will be seeking to pay less.

$650 million dollars might be a reasonable settlement after all is said and done. Apple might be wise to negotiate an ending. What will Apple do if it ends up paying even more? Which is a likely outcome being that the issues have been resolved previously.
