Did you listen to the call? probably not. They are meeting with investment banks to choose one for uplist. Everything is going on track. Acquiring a $9 million dollar company makes you want to sell? haha. Yeah I am upset my money is tied up in this for 5 years with no real movement (actually I am 10 years into this) but we are stuck in otc. No one touches otc stocks. Once they are on nyse/nasdaq things will change big time. For me the reward that is coming is worth waiting all those years. Real patience pays off. You will be kicking yourself for selling in 6 months time. Gl.
