Then why not test people for Zika on the streets, pulling up in a PSID lettered RV? though, then could show how awesome the prototype is to the CDC, so on down there. You'd think 10 mins from the headquarters they could prove the already completed technology, get in on the action/solution, make some money, and solicit for funding.
