That makes zero sense

They couldn't have issued 363M shares because the OS was ~213M as of last Q filing. It would have put them over 500M

The only way I see it happening is if Doug and Kent reduced their share ownership substantially, or even down to zero

They owned ~77M shares, so

(rounded to the nearest whole)

213-77=136

136+363=499

If my math is right
