Ok so the stock was at 2.20 prior to news of the acquisition

The company diluted 50%

If the market felt it was a dilutive deal it would have sold off 50% or more to account for the dilution, most intermediate investors understand this basic point

The stock is trading at 2.10 today, down 5%
