Gersh and Gonzalo never really had a chance. Gersh was just holding it, he wasn't there to really do anything except hand it to the next person. Gonzalo couldn't do anything because BH still had legal right to the ownership. But Gonzalo did voice his desire to manage the company.

Felgenhauer, Hodge, and Green were actually there to accomplish stuff, but didn't. Although it was never really Felgenhauer's desire to run this thing, he just got it by accident as he was heavily vested and the BOD gave it to him on a platter. So it's really hard to point the finger at him for incompetence, but I do blame him for the coup.

BH built a system, and he built a company, but it failed. If I had to list the failures starting with the worst this is how I would order them:

1. James Green
2. James Hodge
3. Felgenhauer
4. Gonzalo
5. Gersh
6. Henthorn

IMO it has not ever been as good as when we had ReelTime rentals. So despite Henthorn's mistakes, I still say he was the best we had here. And if some of you may remember, I was dead set against the overthrow of BH because I predicted this outcome.
