Speculation is one thing and buying a one in 250 million chance of success is another. I'd rather speculate on a lottery ticket then SNEY. If I'm going to speculate I at least want a business that is making some money and in an industry with a future. Investing in SNEY is just a waste of money because there is no chance of success at this point. They do not have any demand for shares. There's no spread left for anyone to even finance them at this point as they would be stuck with the shares as there are no buyers to dump on and no news to get anyone to want to buy. They have few shares left in their arsenal even if they had demand. They have no cash. They are over 2 million in debt and cannot even pay the interest on that. No one is even sure what assets we have and their value at this point if they liquidate. I do not expect them to ever put out a 10K nor say anything more at this point. This company is DOA.
