Well.. The report is posted. As I thought, Outstanding shares increased from 67,000,000 to 85,000,000 so, basically he's putting shares in the market and cashing in to buy new toys and cars most likely. Clearly that $ he's withdrawing isn't buying advertising or anything else. Sadly he's turned a failed idea into a personal piggy bank. This leaves 40mm shares left in the authorized bank that will likely be dumped on us in the next 6-12 months. Than once that's maxed out, he'll try to issue more shares.. The good news is the price will be back to .0001 at that point so issuing shares at a worthless value will reap him zero return but he's sucked hundred of thousands out of our collective pockets. Congrats RS, you've successfully completed your sprial scam plan. How disappointing but, expected. He wins. We lose.
