I heard this today (paraphrased): the key to everything is to get the audit completed which will allow the company to become fully SEC compliant AND allow CHRO to apply (undoubtedly a success) to the otcQB tier of companies. Out of the pinks (and SEC compliant) will open a couple sets of doors. One set being the funding for expansion/partnership (mentioned today) and the other set being the gateway to the next level. This will take time and effort and is the obtainable goal.

I heard this (today, as well, paraphrased but very accurate): for those that were investors prior to CHRO and are waiting for the other shoe to drop, it'll never happen. The time has come for those shareholders to become investors and behave like partners. Get involved with the company and assist in the success of the CHRON Organization and support the efforts.

Now, as far as I am concerned, there was power and force behind both of these bullet points. In other words, understand the processes involved and already underway especially the audit with a few more weeks to go and know that there is someone who is overseeing these steps as was mentioned today by ARod. The other thing is this: stop being negative. Think it if one must but keep it quiet. Period. Spend all the precious energy supporting the company and stay involved... act the part of an investing partner. This should easily change the paradigm of the less than optimistic. At least let them work to succeed on behalf of all the other 200+ shareholders.

Please, get on the same page as management. Communicate with them frequently and constructively.
