Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

As stated in the Company's first quarter report released on June 24, 2016, the Company informed shareholders there was a reasonable possibility that the Company would not file its 2nd quarter report on time given the requirement of the new individual to familiarize and complete the 2nd quarter financials accurately and in a small time frame in Xero. Michelle Ang officially began at Bravada International on July 25, 2016 as the Company's new Office Manager / Bookkeeper and is still in the process of completing the Company's Q2 financial results.
