Obviously they are intent on filing with the SEC eventually or they wouldn't be bothering to file with the OTC. I thought it would have happened by now but its really anyone's guess as to when they will become SEC compliant.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
