SW, saw that.. It is not a law suit, it's a investigation by a ambulance chasing law firm, probably hired by some short.. Look at the timing of the release.. And further investigation shows this outfit goes after tons of companies, and what ever sticks, they're probably able to extort.. I think they're trying to go after Juno and Telsa as well.. These guys make the mafia look like choir boys..
Even if our BOD was negligent in their fiduciary responsibility, that is why there is BOD insurance... There's nothing here to see but short term BS, in my opinion..
