Actually, there has been plenty of risk ability to 'move down', more likely than move up'. The pps action proves that today obviously, which follows the Shelf Registration news from after market Aug 12 (Friday).
That very risk of a likely Dilutive Cash Raise is why I haven't entered BIOC yet.

Their low cash (less than 6 months worth of company burn rate) has been telegraphing this likely risk of more downside, and the news registration filing from Friday validates that risk as having been very real.
Now i'll wait a little while and let the dilution & news get priced into BIOC.
Then it should be a great oversold opportunity (for short term trade).

FYI--- a rule I have learned over the years to follow with biotech stocks (or any stock, but especially biotech), is do NOT trade them if they don't have at least approx 1 Year worth of cash sufficient to fund their operations, otherwise they are high risk for sudden surprises of dilutive cash raising while you would own a position.
